As Scalp Micro Pigmentation is a cosmetic hair tattoo process, we are in control of your end result. No wishing or waiting for a delayed result, as is the case with most other hair loss solutions.

We use a natural, non-toxic mineral based pigment created specifically for scalp micro pigmentation, that has been formulated to set in the skin of the scalp once implanted, resulting in very fine, crisp, and clear hair follicle replications. All hair colours can be treated as we blend pigments to achieve an almost exact match.

There is zero downtime and aftercare is very straightforward, with full post treatment guidelines being provided for you upon completion of your first treatment.

How long does Scalp Micro Pigmentation take?

Your Scalp Micro Pigmentation treatment will produce a ‘finished result’’ in just sessions which are spaced a few days to a week apart. These sessions will take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours depending on the extent of your hair loss and the area to be treated.

In some cases we may recommend additional sessions to provide the full coverage you are looking for, but only if needed. To prevent you having any concern over additional sessions or costs – you can rest assured that all our quotes are fixed price so you can just sit back and enjoy the results.

SMP Treatment Costs

Costs for micro pigmentation vary depending on the total hair loss area to be covered, the density that will be required and the type of package that suits you best.

Treatments are in the range of $749 to $2649 and all our quotations are fixed price – meaning you know exactly what your treatment will cost up front (no mid treatment surprises!).

Scalp micro pigmentation is by far the most reliable, cost effective hair loss solution on the market, costing less than a 1 year subscription of most well known hair loss medications or a hair piece system with maintenance, and significantly less than a hair transplant.

Payment solutions including ‘pay per session’ plus most other major payment options (Afterpay, ZipMoney and Latitudepay) are available.

SMP Scalp Micro Pigmentation Regulations

The Gold Coast City Council lay down very strict guidelines for companies wishing to offer Personal Appearance Services, regulated under the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Act 2003. All employees of Hairloss Ink fully comply with these regulations and are licensed by Council to perform Personal Appearance Services (Higher Risk). A copy of your personal Practitioners license is displayed on our premises at all times. All equipment used for providing SMP is pre-packaged sterilised single use and disposable, therefore eliminating the need for sterilising equipment, dramatically reducing the risk to the client.

      From the minute I learned about SMP I was excited, could I really get my hairline back after 20 years of baldness? Well six months down the track I pleased to say the answer is definitely yes! Now that's not to say any SMP artist can produce natural looking results so choose wisely and if your reading this then you are looking in the right place. Lesley is not only a very talented artist she is a genuine honest person who truly cares about ensuring the final result is exactly what you re looking for. For me the true test was if people didn't notice it, and would you believe I've gone from completely bald to having a 'shaved' head and not one person has noticed!
